On Monday 27th March, Crime Stoppers Trinidad and Tobago (CSTT) received a financial boost in the form of $100,000 by the Government of Canada.

On Monday March 12, 2012 the inaugural meeting of the Caribbean/ Bermuda and Latin America Crime Stoppers Incorporated commenced at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Port of Spain, Trinidad. This meeting was attended by delegates from Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Belize, Cayman Islands, El Salvador, Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, Turks and Caicos and the host country Trinidad and Tobago.
