Information we can and cannot accept

We can receive information on any type of criminal activity. In addition to the offences that are routinely reported, here is a sample of other kinds of offences you may share anonymously through our hotline or online through our website:

Reports we cannot accept

Please note that we cannot take certain type of reports as follows:

  • For any emergency where police action is needed immediately call the police at 999
  • If you are a victim of crime, you will need to make the report to the police. We will not take your information since you will no longer be anonymous

Collecting your cash reward

Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards up to TTD10,000 for information that proves to be useful to the police. The person who qualifies for a cash reward must:

  • Provide us with the branch of the bank where he/she will like to collect the reward
  • Visit that bank and ask for the bank officer advised by Crime Stoppers
  • Present your confidential Tip Number (PIN) provided by Crime Stoppers to this officer
  • Receive an envelope with the cash reward
